About the Founder:
CenterNet Search Group, LLC was founded in 2011 by Chris Rollbusch, a Shopping Center Industry executive search veteran with 15 years of prior experience in recruiting and placing executives in various positions throughout the industry. Before incorporating the CenterNet Search Group, he served 2 years as the Vice President of Recruiting, Management & Marketing at ShopTheJobs.com a company that formed through the merger of Roberta Rea + Co. Inc. and Silverman & Associates in 2010. Mr. Rollbusch was retained after successfully serving 12 years at Roberta Rea + Co. Inc. as the Vice President – Management & Marketing where he started to develop his reputation for being able to provide high quality General Managers, Property Managers, Operations personnel and Marketing professionals for difficult to fill positions and locations throughout the industry. Since entering the Shopping Center Industry in 1997, his accomplished career has provided an extraordinary contact list of industry movers and extensive experience in the placement of those executives and managers. His work has included placements at all management levels involved in planning and the ongoing management of super-regional and suburban regional malls, lifestyle centers, strip centers, urban developments, mixed-use, streetscape and entertainment oriented projects worldwide. Mr. Rollbusch is a graduate of San Diego State University with degrees in both Psychology and Business Management. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and maintains regular contact with many of the various Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) chapters throughout the country.
