    Responsible for leasing and re-positioning specified properties within the company portfolio.
    Build and maintain relationships with national retailers to ensure that deals with quality tenants meet or exceed leasing objectives set forth in annual business plans for each property. Ensure high occupancy rates are achieved.

  • Vice President of Asset Management – Atlanta 
    Responsible for maximizing the overall company portfolio value. Maintain dialogue with the asset team and make decisions on key initiatives. Ensure “best-practices” are employed, supervise Analysts and Associates, work with the Acquisitions team and proactively research optimal capital structure for all assets.  Prepare property updates and review model adjustments. submit final approval of reforcast, business plan and goals.
