    Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Commercial Development, this Vice President of Retail Leasing will be responsible for consistent high-production leasing throughout the retail community center portfolio. Ideal experience should include 10+ years of retail leasing experience. Occasional travel within Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada will be required.

  • Financial Controller – Northern Florida 
    Responsible for all of the accounting operations, and the financial function of a large privately-owned retail-based real estate developer in northern Florida. This includes direct responsibility for all accounting, cash flow and liquidity management, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, deal and portfolio return analysis, risk management, and internal control. In addition, this position will supervise all accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions and supervise the entire accounting staff for the organization.

Reporting to ownership (not 3rd party management) this person should have 5+ years of Retail Property Management experience, strong computer skills with knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office, experience with NNN leases and CAM, and great tenant relation skills.
