  • Tenant Coordinator – Southeast
    Coordinate all of the tenant activities as they relate to the construction and build-out of tenant spaces. Work with the Leasing Department and the Tenants during Lease negotiations.
    Review tenant drawings and plans then and submit comments to architects, general contractors, and the tenant. Secure all necessary approvals as required. Bid, negotiate and select contractors.
