➠ Agency Collaboration

Agency PartnershipsCenterNet Search — Agency Collaboration Policy

The primary objective of CenterNet Search is to assist employers within our industry in identifying and hiring top talent as efficiently and effectively as possible. Collaboration with other recruiters and outside search firms can be a valuable resource in this process, helping to ensure that all qualified candidates are identified and contacted.

However, there are circumstances under which CenterNet Search is unable to engage outside agencies on a given search. These include, without limitation, assignments involving highly confidential searches, where disclosure of information could jeopardize the client company’s business interests, and searches for which the client has expressly requested that no outside agencies be involved. In such cases, the client’s instructions will be strictly honored.

CenterNet Search maintains an open policy with respect to engaging outside agencies and sharing placement fees. However, to protect the interests of our clients and our company, the following requirements must be satisfied before any resumes will be accepted for a position under contract with CenterNet Search:

1. Establishment of Contact and Issuance of Agreement. An outside agency must first establish contact with CenterNet Search. Upon mutual agreement to collaborate on a specific position, CenterNet Search will issue the outside agency a written Outside Agency Agreement authorizing submission of candidates for that position. CenterNet Search will not accept, and will not be obligated to pay any fee with respect to, any resume submitted prior to the issuance of an executed Outside Agency Agreement. Any such submission will be deemed unsolicited.

2. Position-Specific Authorization. A separate Outside Agency Agreement is required for each position for which an outside agency wishes to submit candidates. Execution of an agreement for one position does not authorize submissions for any other position, whether or not currently under contract with CenterNet Search.

3. Termination of Agreement. CenterNet Search reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any Outside Agency Agreement at any time. Notice of termination will be provided in writing via email. Candidates properly submitted prior to the effective date of termination will continue to be governed by the terms of the original agreement. Any resume submitted after the effective date of termination will be deemed unsolicited, and no fee shall be owed with respect to such submission.

CenterNet Search Group maintains an open-door policy with client companies, candidates, and fellow search firms throughout our industry. We welcome inquiries, comments, or proposals by phone, email, or in person at our corporate office.

We look forward to working with you!

Sincerely,
