Our President:
The CenterNet Search Group, LLC was founded in 2011 by Chris Rollbusch, a Shopping Center Industry Executive Search veteran with extensive experience placing executives, managers, and helping guide many professional careers in retail real estate.
Before incorporating CenterNet Search, Chris had been Vice President of Recruiting for Management & Marketing positions at ShopTheJobs.com a company that had been formed through the merger of the two Retail Industry executive search firms; Roberta Rea + Co. Inc., and Silverman & Associates.
Prior to his role at ShopTheJobs.com, Mr. Rollbusch served 12 years as the Vice President of Management & Marketing at Roberta Rea & Co. where he first developed his strong reputation for being able to provide the highest quality General Managers, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations personnel for the most difficult to fill positions, and locations throughout the industry. Chris first entered the Shopping Center Industry in 1997 and has since handled placements at all levels of management, from on-site to corporate leadership positions. His accomplished career provides us with an extraordinary contact list of industry movers and influencers who continue to be very involved with various types of retail-related real estate throughout the world.
Chris is a graduate of San Diego State University with degrees in both Psychology and Business Management. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and maintains regular contact with many of the various Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) chapters throughout the country.
