Our President:
The CenterNet Search Group, LLC was founded in 2011 by Chris Rollbusch, a highly respected executive search professional with decades of experience serving in Retail Real Estate and the Shopping Center Industry. Throughout his career, he has specialized in placing executives, managers, and key leadership professionals while helping to guide and develop countless careers across the retail real estate sector.
Before founding the CenterNet Search Group, Mr. Rollbusch served as Vice President of Recruiting for Management and Marketing positions at ShopTheJobs.com, an organization formed through the merger of two well-established Shopping Center Industry executive search firms: Roberta Rea + Co., Inc. and Silverman & Associates.
Prior to ShopTheJobs.com, Chris served 12 years as the Vice President of Management and Marketing at Roberta Rea & Co., where he began to establish his strong industry reputation for being able to successfully recruit high-caliber General Managers, Marketing Executives, Business Development professionals, and Operations Directors for some of the industry’s most challenging positions and markets in the nation. Since first entering the Shopping Center Industry in 1997, Chris has managed placements at every level of leadership, ranging from on-site management roles to senior-level corporate executive positions. His extensive industry experience has enabled him to cultivate an exceptional network of influential retail real estate professionals, owners, developers, operators, and industry leaders both throughout the United States and internationally.
Chris Rollbusch is a graduate of San Diego State University (SDSU), where he earned degrees in both Psychology and Business Management. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He maintains ongoing relationships with numerous chapters of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) across the country.
