Out-of-state travel is required.

A General Manager is needed for this popular and well-known Regional Shopping Center as it goes through a major redevelopment. Ideal experience will include prior mall development with a strong connection to the community. - Property Manager – Nashville, TN
Based in the established regional office, this Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of retail properties, primarily open-air centers located throughout Tennessee. Tenant relations, operations, managing budgets, and coordinating maintenance and on-call emergency responses. Ideal experience will include 3+ years of commercial property management. - Shopping Center Facility Manager – Buena Park, CA
Responsible for the facility management of multiple shopping centers, including third-party solutions, repairs, construction, and preventive maintenance. Based at company headquarters, regular travel and stationing at assigned centers will be required. Ideal candidates will have a maintenance and construction management background.

Development Positions
- Tenant Coordination Construction Manager – Buena Park, CA
A multi-talented Tenant Coordinator/Construction Manager is needed to help manage multiple shopping centers and assets, including new developments, operating centers, Supermarket ‘Shop-in-shop’ tenants, and newly added portfolios. Responsible for landlord work turnaround, capital improvement programs, and general asset management. Strong architectural & engineering knowledge, construction management and tenant coordination experience, and good communication skills are needed. A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred. Prior experience with Retail projects is required.
- Real Estate & Construction Paralegal – Orange County, CA
Supports a busy pipeline of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and construction projects throughout the country. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience with real estate transactions and construction contracts and thrive managing competing deadlines in a fast-moving environment. This role offers real ownership over transactions and direct exposure to in-house counsel, business teams, and outside counsel.
