  • Vice President, Retail Leasing – Riverside, CA
    Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Commercial Development, this Vice President of Retail Leasing will be responsible for consistent high-production leasing throughout the retail community center portfolio. An ideal experience should include 10+ years of retail leasing experience. Occasional travel within Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada will be required.

  • Property Manager – Orange County, CA
    An experienced Property Manager is needed to manage a mixed portfolio of Commercial and Retail properties located in Orange County. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience managing commercial or retail properties, be good with CAM reconciliations, and manage the budget.

  • Tenant Coordinator – Long Beach, CA
    This Tenant Coordinator will be responsible for assigned special projects, provide oversight of contract administration and the associated consultants, assist with the assessment and allocation of tenant coordination resources, and be responsible for the tenant coordination of the assigned properties. Track all tenant activity from Letter of Intent through lease negotiation, review design, and follow through the construction process, handle closeout, and approve tenant allowances.
