    A multi-talented Tenant Coordinator/Construction Manager is needed to help manage multiple shopping centers and assets, including new developments, operating centers, Supermarket ‘Shop-in-shop’ tenants, and newly added portfolios. Responsible for landlord work turnaround, capital improvement programs, and general asset management. Strong architectural & engineering knowledge, construction management and tenant coordination experience, and good communication skills needed. A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred. Prior experinece with Retail projects is required.
